Job Description

DMO Olabamiji Solicitors, a Glasgow-based law firm specializing in Human Rights, Immigration, and Asylum, is seeking a qualified solicitor to join our team in the city centre. We are open to applications from solicitors at all levels, from Newly Qualified (NQ) to senior.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on human rights, asylum, immigration, employment law, and visas
Managing Legal Aid cases, including providing Advice and Assistance
Representing clients in tribunals and hearings (advocacy experience is desirable)
Handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in asylum and immigration law is essential
Strong understanding of Legal Aid Advice and Assistance
Ability to work independently and manage cases effectively
Advocacy experience is a plus
